eMessages allows users to use Net•Yield to broadcast text messages, attachments, HTML files, and other stored messages to a group of eContacts based on their category and roles or all the eContacts defined in eContacts or in various tables. It is a great way to use Net•Yield to electronically communicate with your customers, vendors, brokers, etc.
In order to send email from Net•Yield, you just need an Internet connection and a SMTP (simple mail transfer protocol) provider. You do not need Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or any other email client program on your computer. See System Options for information on how to configure using email from within Net•Yield.
